me and this band have a funny relationship, heard them at MyFirstLove’s house and hated them and then discovered one day that I loved them, same today—the singer is annoying—knot-corded neck and faux British accent and that put-on child’s voice—but then I could just tell that he is the genius behind the band, they all switch instruments, read article recently praising bands that make use of two drumsets and they do and with the keyboard their sound is so rich and full, the CD I have is like a runaway train sound—today was lighter, but they’re never boring—complex—still manage to be catchy, struck me as slightly psychedelic today, ended with cover of Virgil Cain, drunkards
